Squier Park Neighborhood Association
Overview
The Squier Park Neighborhood Association (“SPNA”) was incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 1983 by a passionate group of neighbors that wanted to improve the quality of life for those living in Squier Park and ensure the preservation of the unique and historic buildings in our neighborhood.
Since then, each year residents volunteer their time, talent, and treasure to help our neighborhood flourish. SPNA volunteers lead and work on committees, spend time gardening or landscaping our shared spaces, and host or attend social gatherings - all activities that create a meaningful sense of community.
Membership
The Squier Park Park Neighborhood Association membership is open to all persons over the age of 18 years who are residents of, or who operate a business or institution in, the area between Troost Avenue & The Paseo, and between 39th St and Armour Boulevard.
Membership dues help cover the costs of the neighborhood beautification and maintenance projects, shared spaces like the community garden, and administrative functions and resources related to the association, such as the website.

Meetings & Events
The SPNA Board of Directors meet virtually on the second Monday of every month, and all members are invited to attend. The SPNA also hosts a quarterly meeting in-person, open to all members.
Additional committee meetings, volunteer opportunities, and social events are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
